My Beginning in 2013
In 2013 I created a first version of my website with the theme of personal development, trying to inspire and give a breath to the modern man with his problems and concerns. This version provides many helpful information, an inspiring video and much more.

Personal Note
Through a life journey with intense personal experiences but also out of interest and love for the fellow human being, I decided in 2000, alongside my main work, to focus on the inner self of the individual, their quest and personal development.
I attended various seminars and received respective certifications in Greece (2000-σήμερα) and the USA (2009-2015) which was the seed for me to start working on personal development. I had the pleasure and honor to meet with important teachers such as Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer, as well as many others in Greece and the US. Therefore, in 2013 I created my first website with the main aim of providing knowledge and a way-out to the burdened individual from life adversities.
This website is an essence of knowledge and experiences that I eventually collected from 2000 in an evolutionary process. I tried to gradually build and creatively compose all this collection. I believe in the conscious improvement of the individual and in the transformation of conflicts (conflict transformation), which recently is so little heard, that is, how to transform a situation or a traumatic experience into something new better than before, climbing slowly but steadily the steps of life…
I learned and keep learning “to walk my talk” in life which of course is a daily exercise and never ends… to become yourself the change you want to see in the world! This, if cultivated and integrated, on a daily basis, will create multiplied power and value!
At the same time, I explored the “know thyself”, the strongest message that has been given to humanity throughout the centuries, that is how to know ourselves, in a whole journey of life that never stops! How to approach our talents, our weaknesses, how to process reality with inspiration, gratitude, creativity, trying to move forward without the need for comparison.

Professional Experience
I was born in Athens, Greece.
Graduated from the Moraitis high school (1984) and studied Sociology at the American College of Greece: Deree College (Bachelor of Arts, 1988) and International Relations (Master of Arts, 1991) at New York University (NYU) in New York City.
Ι have worked as a manager in banks for a decade (newly established Interbank of New York in New York City in 1990, Eurobank, Citibank).
I also worked in the Olympic Movement for ten years (International Centre for Olympic Truce, Organizing Committee for the 2004 Olympic Games).
I also worked in international organizations (United Nations in New York, and OSCE/ODIHR) Office of Assistant-Secretary General and as an election observer in missions to Azerbaijan, Albania and Montenegro (twice) during the latter’s secession from Serbia.
Then came Doha, Qatar for the 2006 Asian Games, and work twice in Beijing, China during the 2008 Olympic Games as part of an International Exhibition for Olympic Truce and also as Special Advisor to the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) for the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing.
Another appointment was in Crisis Management and Mediation & Facilitation for Peacekeeping Missions, and traveling to Austria three times, to the Austrian Study Centre for Peace & Conflict Resolution, Stadschlaining Austria (2002 and 2004).
At Mobil Oil Hellas, I was involved in the Re-engineering Meta Plan (change making programs, 1992).
From 2017 to today I have been working in the manufacturing industry.
